" Issued by the Royal Hashemite Documentation Center on the occasion of the Kingdom’s 77th Independence Day celebrations, this special edition revives the memory of the historic event through a distinguished newspaper. It features the full text of the historic declaration of independence, coverage of the independence announcement as reported in several newspapers of the time—including Al-Jazeera and Al-Difa’a—as well as a number of congratulatory telegrams sent to the founding King, Abdullah I. The newspaper opens with an editorial article titled ""Independence: Achievement and Milestones"", authored by the Center’s Director, Dr. Mohannad Mubaideen."
